Backpacker's Pantry Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. Imagine tucking into this decadent chocolate cheesecake with chocolate cookie crumb topping after a long day in the outdoors - bliss!! (2 servings)
Directions: Remove chocolate crumb topping packet and set aside. Add 2/3 cups (160 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate crumb topping over top of filling. Let sit for 13 minutes.
