Not happy with your purchase? No problem.
As long as you are within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can return your item for refund. Make sure it is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We will also need a proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only refund you the paid cost of the product itself.
How to return a product:
1. Call or email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept packages without approving them first.
2. Package your item and proof of purchase securely. Black out any previous shipping labels, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We cannot accept parcels shipped collect or COD, or that do not have an RA number. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
First, check your bank account again just to make sure. Then contact your credit card company – sometimes it takes time before a refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
