Backpacker's Pantry Chana Masala (vegan)

Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients.  This one is an Indian curry dish from the Punjab region with chick peas and chilies over rice.  Makes two 13oz servings.

Directions: Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
