Optimus Polaris Optifuel

This award-winning backpacking stove is a compact, reliable little single-jet burner that takes nearly any fuel without needing to change nozzles or attachments.  Use it with liquid or canister fuels. When using canisters you can extend the arms on the nozzle to support the fuel can in a liquid-feed upside-down position for cool weather. When using liquid fuel, pump to pressurize the bottle, then release a little fuel to the stove so you can prime it, then slowly open the valve until the burner is lit with a steady blue flame. And cleaning the jet is easy - slide the magnetic cleaning needle back and forth under the stove (you can do this even while the stove is lit) and it clears debris. The stove arms extend to support pots and pans to give the burner a stable platform. Close the arms for transport and storage.
