With a large blade surface area, this paddle is made for high-angle paddlers who want more power in their stroke or those with bigger boats. The paddle has a low swing weight due to the 100% carbon shaft. The blade itself is made of tough fiberglass reinforced abXII resin. The Posi-Lok ferrule system holds a strong joint with no wiggle, is easy to use with a dual button release, and allows infinite feather angles. The entire paddle is easy to stow as it breaks down into the two blades and two shaft sections.
