Scotty Bait Caster 280 (with mount)

A spinning rod holder that secures your bait caster reel in a cushioned cradle.  A slot in front of the rod holder allows for a spinning reel to be held in position.  The bottom is open because of the side mount design which allows the holder to accommodate trigger grips.  Pistol grip rod butts easily clear the sides of the rod holder so you can grab your rod quickly when needed, and a soft latching strap that snaps over the top of your rod holds it securely in place.  This rod holder includes a combination side/deck mount which you can affix on a flat deck surface or on the side of a gunwale or transom.
