MSR Hubba Hubba LT 2

An updated version of MSR's beloved Hubba Hubba tents, the LT series has added room in every direction. They have more headroom, steeper walls and slightly larger footprints with hardly any added weight. MSR has also changed the layout of mesh and solid fabrics in the tent's canopy, and switched to more environmentally friendly fabrics.

It’s a comfortable tent to spend time in. There’s plenty of usable space for modern sleeping pads, and the two large vestibules give you room to keep gear outside without crowding the interior. The canopy is mostly mesh, so it breathes well and helps cut down on condensation while still keeping bugs out. On clear nights you can roll the fly over and look at the stars. 

The rainfly has good coverage, with thoughtful details like drip edges over the doors and vents to keep air moving. The materials are more environmentally conscious, using solution-dyed fabrics that reduce water use and overall impact.

The pole system is strong and lightweight, and the setup is quick and straightforward—even if you’re doing it solo. Small details make a difference too: durable metal hardware, easy-to-pack roll-top stuff sack, and useful interior storage with pockets and a simple clothesline for drying gear.
