Backpacker's Pantry Beef Stroganoff
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This one combines beef and wild forest mushrooms in a sour cream sauce over noodles. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 5 cups (1,180 mL) of boiling water. Stir. Cover and let sit for 1 minutes. Stir and serve.
