This lever activated system has one neutral and 4 resistance positions (for all XL models except the 125S which has one neutral and 3 resistance positions).  Simply reach forward and move the lever backwards or forwards as you ski to change the resistance for training or negotiating downhills.  Works in both wet and dry conditions.

Fits XL150S, XL150SC, XL125S and XL125RC rollerskis.
