Gear Aid Tent Pole Splint (up to 1/2")

Keep one of these splints handy in your repair kit! If you break a tent pole in the field they can provide a semi-long-term solution (can last for years). The light anodized aluminum tube creates a sleeve which fits over the broken ends of your tent pole. You can tape one or both ends to keep it in place. This size fits poles smaller than 1/2" (12 mm) in diameter.
