Thule Apex XT Swing 4

Thule's premium hitch mount bike carrier in a version that swings out of the way even when fully loaded with bikes, simply with the pull of a pin.  When the carrier is not loaded you can fold the arms down. The carrier not only locks to your receiver, but also has a cable lock to secure your bikes to the carrier - this stores away in the hitch rack when not in use. 

The arms are made in an arc design to maximize clearance off the ground and between bikes, and the frame cradles are designed with road dampening technology to protect your bikes. The Apex Swing also has integrated anti-sway to prevent bike to bike contact, plus there is 13 cm of spacing between each bike when loaded.
