Backpacker's Pantry Creme Brulee

Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients.  This is a twist on the classic French dessert that doesn't require you pack a blow torch.  (2 servings)

Directions:  Remove brûlée sugar topping packet and set aside. Add 3/4 cup (180 mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for 2 minutes. Sprinkle brulee sugar topping over top of filling.  Let sit for 10 minutes.
