Helle Speider

A compact but robust mid-sized knife with strong finger guard, great for first-time knife users or anyone who wants extra finger protection. The stained curly birch handle is slim and sculpted for comfort.

Helle is a third generation family business that has been making knives in Holmedal Norway since 1932. The traditionally styled knives are each unique as they are made of natural materials such as curly grained birch, and the triple laminated stainless steel  blades with high alloy steel cores are each finished by hand.
