Backpacker's Pantry Thai Coconut Curry with Beef
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This curry is made with lean beef and vegetables in a sweet coconut curry sauce with rice noodles. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water to all contents. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
