Backpacker's Pantry Kung Pao Chicken
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This dish is like take-out on the trail - a Chinese classic with rice, vegetables and peanuts. (2 servings)
Directions: Remove peanuts and crushed red chili packets. Add peanuts to other ingredients. Add crushed red chili to taste. Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
