Backpacker's Pantry Katmandu Curry (vegan)
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. Lentils, brown rice, potatoes, peas, carrots and curry seasoning make this a hearty meal. Makes two 14oz servings.
Directions: Add 2-3/4 cups (660ml) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
