Backpackers Pantry Indian Rice Pudding (gluten free)
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This soy-free rice pudding makes a great breakfast or dessert with rice, almonds and raisins, cardamom, orange peel and honey. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stir and let stand 15-20 minutes.
