Backpacker's Pantry Chicken Vindaloo
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This one is a spicy Indian-style vindaloo sauce over chicken, rice and veggies. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
