Helle Morgon (Limited Edition)

A special 2021 Limited Edition knife whose name means "morning" in Norwegian. The handle is made of darkened oak with yellow dyed leather spacers representing the first morning rays of sunshine through the dark night. The yellow stitching in the sheath echoes the bright lines of the knife and a forest scene is imprinted in the leather.

Helle is a third generation family business that has been making knives in Holmedal Norway since 1932. The traditionally styled knives are each unique as they are made of natural materials such as curly grained birch, and the triple laminated stainless steel  blades with high alloy steel cores are each finished by hand.
