This knife is named for Norway's national bird, the Fossekall (white-throated dipper). It's well shaped for all round use and comes with a snap style leather sheath.

Helle is a third generation family business that has been making knives in Holmedal Norway since 1932. The traditionally styled knives are each unique as they are made of natural materials such as curly grained birch, and the triple laminated stainless steel  blades with high alloy steel cores are each finished by hand.
