Backpacker's Pantry Lasagna
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This classic lasagna uses a vegetarian ground beef (meat substitute) with tomatoes, parmesan cheese, noodles, and Italian seasonings. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
