Backpacker's Pantry Huevos Rancheros
Backpacker's Pantry makes delicious meals from a mix of spices, freeze-dried and dehydrated ingredients. This is a delicious, spicy egg dish mixed with red beans, green chiles, red bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and onions. (2 servings)
Directions: Add 1-1/4 cups (300 mL) of water. Blend well. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow the beans to rehydrate. Blend again. Cook over low heat in a nonstick pan. Stir frequently.
